[day 542]
Spent some time up at Make.Do. today to capture a few shots of Jo working with her kids class. They made a quilt that will be auctioned off to support the work Make.Do. is doing in the community. What I love so much about this is that Jo is helping the kids not only acquire the creative skills and talents which accompany making a quilt, but she is also fostering a spirit of using talents to pay it forward. The money from this quilt will be used to pay a scholarship for someone who could not afford Make.Do. on their own. THIS is creativity with a purpose.
