[day 603]
With Steph’s insanely busy schedule with Summer Academy and my many photo jobs, we are trying to get to the lake as many times in possible in our slim windows of time. Today we headed to Heber after work to celebrate the 4th of July tomorrow. We decided to take a quick detour after crossing to dam and WOW! I am so glad we did. Just beyond the fish hatchery was a great campground and access to the fog-covered Little Red River. Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday, it was a calm and quiet time spent down by the river. Even the deer and stork were enjoying the sweet, leisurely time.
