Sweet solitude

Have I ever mentioned that Steph and I hate crowds? Maybe only 438093 times… so in an effort to avoid the hustle and bustle, we woke up super early this morning and went on a little adventure to this normally-popular beach. But guess what? The early bird really does catch the worm! The worm for us was this whole beach to ourselves, amazing views, gorgeous light, and the BEST best friend time. There is something so amazing about sweet solitude… especially with your kindred spirit (if you’re kindred, it is still solitude right? Since we are connected…? ha). And it is even more sweet when it is in the middle of a crazy season at a crazy time. Victory!

It was also the PERFECT to end 2018.
