[day 831]
Monumental: (adjective)–great in importance, extent, or size.
The Navajo Nation is exceptionally stunning. From the natural monuments, to the open glorious skies, to the hearts of the people–it is all so delightfully lovely. I sincerely loved our last day on the road today. It was an amazing way to punctuate the monumental work being done on the rez. So many are dedicating their lives to bring hope and Christ to those around them. We have traveled thousands of miles the last couple of days and it has been a monumental honor and joy meeting those we did. I even got to capture a few family photos for the Kee’s, a family in Tuba City who is actually supported by my and Steph’s home congregation.
Navajo Nation, we will be back. Thank you for sharing your beauty with us.
