[day 886]
What a day! The morning started EARLY when Steph and I picked up one of Steph’s former students, Mariel, and drove her to Memphis for her CITIZENSHIP CEREMONY! That’s right, after years of process and months of preparing, sweet Mariel is a U.S. Citizen. I had never been to an event like this before and it was really inspiring. There were people from over 50 countries who became Americans today. I LOVED getting to share that with Steph and Mariel.
This afternoon, I was back in Searcy and was blessed with the opportunity to take senior photos for some soon-to-be Harding graduates. They were all so lovely and excited. It is so fun getting to capture people on the verge of moving onto what they have spent the last several years preparing for—it is a fun energy of excited and anxious anticipation.
I loved today and the ability to capture massive moments in these lives.
