Ozark Mountain Proposal

Corbett contacted me a while back and asked if would be willing to photograph his proposal… up in the Ozarks at Hawksbill Crag. UM. YES PLEASE. One, I love photographing love. Two, I love the Ozarks. So, we planned it out as much as we could. It was a mile hike to the overlook so we planned to “meet” in the parking lot (basically I just hung out by the car until I saw their car). And then I followed them on the hike (at a distance). Thankfully, I did not know his soon-to-be finance so she didn’t suspect anything. Also, I brought my dad along so it wasn’t odd I was by myself (plus, I love hiking with my dad and he loves it too). It was also a pretty popular spot so it wasn’t weird that we were all there at the same time. Anyway, we got down to the spot and he got down on one knee and it was just right. Congrats to the future Halls!
