My best friend Stephanie makes fun of me when we go to our favorite Mexican restaurant in town because I always order the plate of fruit. What can I say? Between the chips & salsa and the fruit, I am completely satisfied! I found myself longing for my favorite comfort food tonight. All of these long pharmacy days and long nights in the hotel alone have me calling room service asking for more fruit, please!
