We all know there are countless things I love and admire about my best friend Stephanie. One of the BIGGEST thing I love is her “all in” attitude with her job. She LOVES her students. And although she is the Director of her program and has a ton of administrative responsibilities, she will always be sure to have relationships with her students and engage in the other stuff too. Tonight, “all in” looked like her putting on her swimsuit and swimming with the students. How many Directors do you know will wake up really early and be all administrativey all day and then stay long hours in order to develop and maintain rapport with her students? I love it and I love my Stephie. I also praise God for the ability to be “all in” alongside her.
